Falchi Building Long Island City, NY

Area Builders completed a full demo and pre-build of a 50,000 sq ft commercial floor at the Falchi Building. The scope included new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; scarified and polished concrete flooring; and the addition of a renovated cafeteria, two executive bathrooms, a conference room, and an IT room with remote backup capabilities.
