Area Builders transformed two large office spaces on the 8th floor of 11 Penn Plaza into a high-end, design-build showroom for Macy’s. The showroom included all-new LED lighting, flooring, and millwork, setting a new design standard for other brands within the Macy’s network. The project was completed on time and within budget.
