Project Approach
Our Project Teams work closely with the client, subcontractors, and all Project managers to ensure the Project is a success.
Upon receipt of the RFP we do an internal study of the Project. We analyze the size, schedule, potential complexities, level of finishes, and the client as a company to determine the best Project Team for the Project. Our Project team meets with the Building’s Staff for formal introductions, to run through logistics and verify field conditions for the project. We review the Building Rules and Regulations and ensure we understand them in detail.
Area Builders maintains the highest level of service and professionalism throughout the project. Our work comes from recommendations from previous clients and consultants and not heavy advertising and sales. At Area Builders, we are very “hands on” with all aspects of the Project.
Site Safety & Security
Area Builders is committed to the reduction and elimination of personal injuries, occupational illnesses and damage to equipment and property in all of its operations; to the protection of the general public whenever it comes in contact with the Company’s work. Company management and field supervision plan safety is incorporated into each work task in order to avoid preventable occupational injuries and/or illnesses. The ultimate success of Area Builder’s Safety and Health programs involves the full cooperation of each individual employee.
All of Area Builder’s supervisors and field personnel are established and seasoned professionals who have had and continue to have the necessary training.
